Are you longing for more connection, joy and well-being in your life?
I believe that we are all born with the innate capacity and need to heal. Whether you’ve experienced a trauma, gone through a major life transition or just feel lost, I’m here to help you navigate and come to a place of true connection to yourself and others.
I am called to help you wake-up, connect with yourself and the those around you and live a life that feels whole. I will help you discover your “self at best”.
Why Psychotherapy?
You might be struggling with anxiety and/or depression, a history of trauma, or feelings of low self-worth. You may find yourself repeating self-defeating patterns in relationships and in many areas of your life. You may be going through a difficult transition; or you may be content, confident and capable in some areas of your life but find these strengths inaccessible in other areas.
Change can be elusive. I’m here to help. Therapy can help you learn to sort through conflicting, confusing, or overwhelming experiences and identify those innate signals that can help guide you toward a more fulfilling life.

About Michelle Cilia
Connecting deeply with people is what motivates and inspires me most. Our relationships and connectedness to one another are what give our lives meaning. People close to me describe me as warm, open-hearted and easy to talk to.
When I was still in training, one of my supervisors said, “You have a way of taking people in quickly and truly understanding them” I believe that this is my gift and I’m so excited to share it. I work psychodynamically which means that the way we interact during sessions is similar to the way you interact out in the world. It is my hope that when you work with me you will feel held and deeply understood. During sessions, you can expect me to be interactive, collaborative and employ humor when necessary.
